It has been a while since two W&M runners ran this fast on the same day, but at the IC4A3,000m Run Alex McGrath and Rad Gunzenhauser each ran a lifetime-best to earn All-East honors. McGrath crossed the line in 8:10.41 for fourth place, the 12th-fastest performance ever at W&M while Gunzenhauser was right behind him in fifth, running 8:10.64 for 13th on the College's fastest times list. On the all-time athletes ranking, the pair are now eighth and ninth, respectively. In the mile prelims Chris Tyson led his heat from the gun and won in 4:10.66 to qualify for Sunday's finals. More
