As you can see from a few posts ago, Sonja Friend Uhl who graduated in 93, just set a new American record in the master's 1500. With nationals and worlds not set until July, she has a long season ahead of her and plenty of time to get her record even faster. Sonja's new record is a 4:27 and she ran 4:22 as a 39 year old and has a 4:13 PR. I am not sure why the sound is off a bit, but perhaps we'll get another interview after she runs at nationals.
