All East Honors on 1st Day of 1C4A/ECAC
A number of W&M athletes earned All-East on the first day of competition at the ECAC/IC4A meet. Leading off was Carly Morse who was 6th in the shot put and Wilhelm Patterson and Colin Leak went 3 - 8 with times of 8:08.74 and 8:15.70. Wilhelm's time makes him the 6th best W&M performer in the event. Both Ian Fitzgerald and Brian Slodowski made the finals of the 1000 meters as did Lewis Woodward in the mile. Katie Guevel qualified for the finals in the 60 meter hurdles in 8.70 which broke her school record and Ashley Madonick also made it to the finals with a 1>14.3 in the 500 meters ranking her second on the W&M list.
