Scott Douglas '86 Interviewed by Runner's World
I had to laugh when I read this article on my senior year roommate, Scott Douglas, in today's Runner's World as he said he was not feeling well and only running 40 miles a week which is a very good week for most of us in the second half of our 40s. Scott has a new book on running that he discusses here. Scott is a testament to the fact that you can do what you want to do in life as he has always liked to write and has been writing about his favorite activity - running - for years.

Moran Defending Title at Peachtree
You can watch Ed Moran defend his Peachtree title on July 4th. The webcast begins at 7:30 which means I can watch it as I will already be back from my AM run (it pays to have little kids!).
