Anderson 5th in NCAA 1500
Emily Anderson smashed her own record to finish 5th and earn her first All-America title at the NCAA meet. In the small world category, 4th place finisher Dacia Barr's high school coach was Matt Murray '83. Next up will be the Olympic Trials on July 3rd at 7:30 pm (PST). Results (photo from letsrun.com). Kazuba, Fitzgerald End Seasons at NCAA Meet
Nicole Kazuba got over the bar at 12’ 3.5”, but could not make the next height of 12’ 9.5” and failed to advance to Friday’s final. She was making her first-ever appearance at the NCAA Championships, and also the first appearance for a female pole-vaulter ever at W&M. More
