Regionals Live in Video

If you want to watch W&M's regional athletes live on video, go here.  You can also find the results just after each event here.  One qualifier already is Jon Grey in the 10,000 who is the 3rd fastest all-time.  By virtue of making it to the NCAA meet, he has now earned an honorable mention All-American and can erase the words "honorable" if he finishes in the top 8 as he did in the indoor 5K in 2010.
